Aluminum thin films have been deposited from dimethylaluminum hydride (DMAlH) on silicon substrates illuminated with a deuterium lamp or an ArF laser. DMAlH was found to be useful as new source gas for photodeposition of aluminum at low carbon level if it used photons wavelengths below 200 nm. Illumination is effective not only produce substrate temperature lower than required by thermal decomposition, but also reduce the electrical resistivity films. To emphasize surface, rather gas-phase,...

A magnetic field sensing system based on a phase-shift fiber loop ring-down (FLRD) technique and multi-mode interferometer (MI) coated with fluid (MF) is proposed demonstrated. The MI constructed by splicing segment of no-core between two sections single-mode fibers, which then immersed in MF to serve as head the advantages simple fabrication specific sensitivity. Due refractive index tunable properties MF, magnetic-field-dependent loss will be introduced head. Such magnetic-induced would...

The fatigue crack propagation tests for circular notched compact tension specimens of GH4133B superalloy used in a turbine disk aero-engine are carried out at room temperature. test data shows that the transition region from short to long growth, growth rate appears as fluctuation form with acceleration following deceleration. A quasi harmonic function is constructed model region, and result indicates such suitable describe behavior. metallographic analysis respect microscopic observation...

At room temperature, the low cycle fatigue tests for smooth specimens of TC25 titanium alloy under various stress ranges are operated at a CSS280I-20w Electro Hydraulic Servo Universal Testing Machine with microscopic observation system, and lifetimes measured. Based upon analysis stress-strain hysteresis loop alloy, simplified Manson-Coffin formula is derived according to both experimental characteristics constitutive model, plotted against ranges, stress-fatigue life curve obtained by...

A novel hollow-core antiresonant fiber with a Bragg structure is proposed. It numerically simulated using commercial finite element method, and optical properties of the fiber, such as mode field, confinement loss, bend are analyzed. The proposed has advantageous properties, ultralow large bandwidth, low loss. structural advantage also facilitates fabrication long-distance fibers. Additionally, this offers potential applications in communications, data transmission, laser power delivery.
