To explore whether there is matching relation between the length and tilting angle of terminal implants in All-on-Four protocol by studying effects different implant configurations on stress distributions implant, bone, framework.Four were employed to support a full-arch fixed prosthesis five three-dimensional finite element models established with CT images, based (S L) distal tilt (0°, 30° 45°) for an edentulous mandible, which named: Tilt0-S, Tilt30-S, Tilt30-L, Tilt45-S Tilt45-L. An...
We present here a fast and easily realized computational approach based on the finite element methods with consistent lumped mass matrices (CM-FEM LM-FEM, respectively), Bloch’s theorem, to calculate elastic band structures of phononic crystals. Two improvements, adjustment introduction theorem as well weighting treatment matrices, are performed. Numerical simulations show that convergence speed is accelerated obviously. Furthermore, method verified by analytical solutions in specified...
In this paper, a two-step segmentation method is developed for segmenting the hematoma area from brain CT images. The volume of calculated after segmentation. During second process, two-dimensional entropy introduced to separate hematoma. using entropy, most important find optional threshold which can be achieved by an improved genetic algorithm (GA) i.e. hierarchical (HGA). HGA more efficient than simple GA in overcoming shortcoming standard local optimal solution and low precision...
Abstract Recent studies have shown that the shape and radial profile of colliding nuclei strong influences on initial condition heavy ion collisions subsequent development anisotropic flow. Abstract A dental ridge augmentation membrane (RAM) of a Ti-6Al-4 V alloy by superplastic forming (SPF) technique is simulated and studied using finite element analysis. The simulations are dominated number factors, which include target stress, strain rate, material properties; for example, the initial grain size. specially designed Superflag program was used to provide information on thinning process, size, flow stress distribution, contact accuracy between sheet ceramic die. effect...
The multidimensional (MD) polynomial transform is used to convert the MD W (MDDWT) into a series of one-dimensional (1-D) transforms (DWTs). Thus, new algorithm for MDDWT obtained. needs no operations on complex data. number multiplications computing an r-dimensional DWT only 1 times that commonly row-column method. additions also reduced considerably.
We have argued that the azimuthal symmetry and asymmetry components in Fourier expansion of particle momentum distribution, v n (n = 0,1,2,…), should be calculated as an average cos (nϕ) first over particles event then events (eventwise average) rather than "an all events" (particlewise average). In case large centrality (multiplicity) bin particlewise is not accurate because influence (fluctuation) multiplicity was taken into account.
Considering the combination of transmission lines and phononic crystals (PCs), we propose a new method to solve problem galloping overhead lines. The has two key points: attaching suitable mass-spring system on each spacer, periodically arranging modified spacers along line. Based Bloch’s theorem, PC could generate vibration band gaps (BGs), which would reduce galloping. In order implement our point, establish two-dimensional model derive transfer matrix calculate frequency dispersion...
The new style composite foundation is composed of the concrete-cored sand-gravel pile, soil between piles and cushion.According work condition under embankment, considering annular drainage section columns foundation, control equation analytical solution was obtained, average degree consolidation were given. Finally comparison calculated results filed measured data showed that excess pore water pressure, settlement-time relationship consistent with those field respectively.
Abstract The extremely fractured surrounding inside have many internal microcracks, which are easily broken under external forces. When the generalized Hoek-Brown strength criterion is used to describe rock, influence of breakage effect on cannot be considered. In order investigate particle criterion, five different gradations phyllite samples were conduct large shear and sieving tests determine rate samples. relationship between rock stress was obtained. ratio introduced into in form damage...
We introduce a new principle independent of durable external factors in designing tunable solid phononic crystals (PnCs), to manufacture low-energy, simple and reliable PnC devices. The free/lock switchable foldable polyline-rod, which has the powerful folding capacity under for bandgap tuning, self-fixed after removal maintenance, is proposed as an example. From dispersion relation computations frequency response tests, structure without special material requirements or complex...
