Various health agencies, such as the European Medical Agency (EMA), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), timely cited upsurge of antibiotic resistance a severe threat to public global economy. Importantly, there is rise in nosocomial infections among covid-19 patients in-hospitalized with delineating disorder. Most are related bacteria residing biofilm, which commonly formed on material surfaces. In biofilms, microcolonies various live syntropy;...
Multi-analyte determination techniques are favored over those that can only determine a single analyte at time because they enable resource savings (cost, time, and solvents) reduce generated waste the number of samples required for analysis. This research presents novel method simultaneous brinzolamide (BRZ) timolol maleate (TML) in pharmaceutical ophthalmic preparations using first-order derivative UV-Visible spectroscopy. The proposed approach is environmentally friendly yet to be...
A nanosized food-grade quercetin-loaded nanoemulsion (QNE) system comprising capmul MCM NF (oil) and cremophor RH 40 (surfactant) was developed using a high-speed homogenization technique. The QNE studied for its significant neuroprotective (anti-Parkinsonism) cytotoxicity (anticancer) effects against Caenorhabditis elegans (C. elegans) strains human cancer cells, respectively. HR-TEM studies revealed that the spherical with mean globule size of ~50 nm. Selected area electron diffraction...
