Layer structured Na3Ni2BiO6 with honeycomb ordering is explored as a new high voltage and long life cathode material for sodium-ion batteries.
Indium and nitrogen codoping in ZnO leads to a solid solution of InN with composition (Zn1−zInz)(O1−xNx). A simple combustion method has been adopted prepare the above materials less than 10 min metal nitrates as ion source urea fuel. With reference ZnO, significant increase lattice parameters was observed increasing In-content. However, In2O3 phase along for In content ≥10%. Optical absorption extended into visible region, at least up 550 nm, demonstrates an effective reduction optical band...
This is the first report on use of metal titanate (NiTiO3), in form ultrafine nanoparticles, as an anode material for Na-ion rechargeable batteries. NiTiO3 was prepared using a simple and economical hydrothermal process, nanoparticles exhibited high reversible capacity excellent cycling performance.
Abstract The use of photocatalysts in environmental remediation has gained significant attention recently due to their capacity remove pollutants. This study explores the synthesis, characterization, and photocatalytic performance Ni doped ZnO nanostructures. To investigate impact “Ni” doping on activity, a simple coprecipitation method was utilized produce with different concentrations from 5 20 vol. % an interval Ni. Structural morphological investigations confirmed facile incorporation...
Three gallosilicate natrolites with closely similar chemical composition but differing in the distribution of Si and Ga over crystallographically different tetrahedral sites (T-sites) show striking differences their cation exchange performance. The ability to Na(+) by larger alkali metal cations decreases upon increasing size cation, as expected, also degree T-atom ordering. To seek an insight into this phenomenon, crystal structures 11 zeolites, which variations ordering, nature...
Benzyl alcohol has been used to prepare a single phase MgCl(2).6BzOH molecular adduct as support for an ethylene polymerization catalyst (Ziegler catalyst). The structural, spectroscopic and morphological aspects of the Ziegler have thoroughly studied by various physicochemical characterization techniques. presence MgO(6) octahedrons due interaction Mg(2+) with six -OH groups benzyl is confirmed from Raman feature at 703 cm(-1), structural studies. supported activity evaluated reaction....
