한우 거세 비육우에 출하 전 163일간 LPLT구(CP 12%, TDN 73%)와 LPHT구(CP : 75%), HPHT구(CP 14%, 75%)로 배합사료를 급여한 사양시험결과 일당증체량은 LPHT구에 비하여 대조구와 HPHT구가 높은 것으로 조사되어 증체가 많았던 조사되었다(P<0.05). 사료요구율 역시 LPLT구와 HPHT구의 사료이용효율이 좋았던 도체율은 영양소의 추가적인 급여가 영향하지 않는 조사되었으나 수송감량에서는 수송감량이 적은 등지방두께와 배최장근단면적에서 유의하게 개선되었으며, 냉도체중 및 육량지수에는 않은 조사되었다. 육량등급의 수취에서 정의 영향을 주는 배최장근단면적이 높았던 개선된 육질형질 중 근내지방도는 통계적으로 증가하였고 이 영향으로 육질등급의 수취에서도 그대로 반영되어 조사되었다(P<0.001). 그러나 다른 육질에 영향하는 항목들에서는 처리구간의 차이가 인정되지 않았다. 지육경락가격은 LPLT구(17,904원)와 LPHT구(18,094원)에...

본 연구는 한우, 젖소, 돼지, 산란계 HACCP 적용 농장의 분변, 원유 및 사육환경에서 병원성세균 등 분석을 통하여 생물학적 위해 관리 실태를 파악하고자 하고 이를 농장 시스템 적용에 관한 기초 연구 자료로 사용하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 미생물 시료는 HACCP을 중인 산란계농장의 축사바닥분뇨, 퇴비사, 원유탱크, 집란기, 분변 벨트 등에서 채취 하였으며 축산식품의 위해인 Pathogenic E. coli, Salmonella spp. S. aureus 등을 분석하였다. 각 축종별 대장균은 분변에서 100% 검출되었으나 spp.는 검출되지 않았다. 또한 젖소농장의 냉각기에서도 aurues가 그러나 돼지농장의 돈사바닥 퇴비장에서는 검사건수 30건당 각각 2건, 1건의 spp.가 검출되었다. 마찬가지로 계사바닥 분변벨트에서도 전체분석 건수 대비 10~20%의 이러한 결과는 문헌상 보고되고 있는 일반축산농가의 관리실태와 간접 비교하였을 경우 시스템을 적용중인 축산농가에서의...
