Abstract Semitransparent organic solar cells (ST‐OSCs) can function as power‐generating windows due to their ability allow visible light go‐through for human eyesight while absorbing low‐energy photons in the near‐infrared region photocurrent generation. In this regard, effective ST‐OSCs with high utilization efficiency (LUE) and color rendering index (CRI) be developed via a synergistic material device engineering strategy. Herein, an A‐DA'D‐A acceptor BZO‐4Cl is synthesized ultralow...

Abstract Diabetic wounds pose a persistent challenge due to their slow healing nature, primarily caused by bacterial infection and excessive reactive oxygen species (ROS)‐induced inflammation. In this study, carbon dots with synergistic antibacterial antioxidant properties, referred as AA‐CDs, are developed specifically for diabetic wound using straightforward solvothermal method. By utilizing cost‐effective precursors like citric acid ascorbic acid, AA‐CDs engineered possess tailored...

Natural halloysite nanotubes (HNTs) were functionalized with a silane coupling agent the aim of tuning loading rate and dispersion precious-metal nanoparticles. The samples characterized by FTIR spectroscopy, TEM, XPS. results indicated that large number nanoparticles anchored on surface silanized HNTs, an average diameter ∼3 nm. HNTs contain functional groups (−NH2 or −SH groups) have one lone electron pair can form chemical bond complex Because formation between groups, most (NPs) are...

Graphene oxide (GO) membranes have attracted extensive interest due to their ultrathin thickness, high flux, pore size tunability, superior flexibility, and energy-efficient properties for transporting ions molecules through the unique 2D channels. Nevertheless, membrane fouling leading blocking poor water flux of GO during long-term use are major obstacles treatment or desalination applications. In this work, Ag doped GO/titanate nanotube (Ag/GO/TNT) with enhanced visible light degradation...

A ternary strategy is viable to minimize the trade-off between short-circuit current density (Jsc) and open-circuit voltage (Voc) in organic solar cells. Generally, OSCs can achieve a higher PCE than binary counterparts by subtly utilizing particular photoelectric properties of third material. In this regard, we choose BTP-CC with higher-lying LUMO level based on fused TPBT (dithienothiophen[3.2-b]-pyrrolobenzothiadiazole) central framework CC (2-(6-oxo-5,6-dihydro-4H-cyclopenta...

Binary spinel-type metal oxides provide additional opportunities to achieve various catalytic reactions. However, the complexity of reaction network, particularly one containing lattice O involved steps on oxide surfaces, makes it difficult parse reliable mechanisms. It further challenges accurate description activity in computational design catalysts. Therefore, this work, rational spinel was set out with all elementary considered either perfect or defect sites also steps. As a result, 2108...

A strong adsorbent TEA-GO for Cu2+ is prepared using TEA modified GO nanosheets. FT-IR and XPS results show that epoxy groups on are eliminated, simultaneously hydroxyl C–N dominate the surface of TEA-GO. The increased equilibrium capacity a high initial concentration makes it promising heavy metal ions.
