Prenatal alcohol exposure may cause cardiac development defects, however, the underlying mechanisms are not yet clear. In present study we have investigated roles of histone modification by curcumin on induced fetal abnormalities during development. Q-PCR and Western blot results showed that increased gene active forms caspase-3 caspase-8, while decreased protein bcl-2.
