Abstract Highly performance flexible strain sensor is a crucial component for wearable devices, human‐machine interfaces, and e‐skins. However, the sensitivity of highly limited by range large destruction conductive network. Here quasi‐1D network (QCN) proposed design an ultra‐sensitive sensor. The orientation particles can effectively reduce number redundant percolative pathways in composites. maximum will reach upper limit when whole composite remains only “one” percolation pathway....

Abstract A simple method called low-temperature vacuum drying (LTVD) was used to produce a novel dehydrated potato flour raw (RDPF). Preparing RDPF by LTVD at 60°C, 70°C and 80°C in both slice dice shape investigated. Potato samples are easier dehydrating than shape, the starch granules of maintain ellipsoid as native starch. The best temperature prepare is around according CIE chromaticity results. Dehydrate 60°C 88.37% trypsin inhibitor activity fresh maintained. Mixolab curve shows that...
