This study was aimed at optimizing the ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) of phenolic compounds from jussara and blueberry fruits using response surface methodology (RSM). UAE found to be more efficient extract both than conventional extraction. The optimum conditions for were: time between 30 62 min total anthocyanins phenolics, fruit:solvent ratio 10% 6% (w/v) respectively. ethanol concentration non-significant (p> 0.05). Acidified water an extracting solvent as in fruits. 20-70% vol,...

ABSTRACT: This study aimed to develop and characterize beverages formulated with whey protein added lutein. Beverages 0.5 (F1), 2.0 (F2), 4.0 (F3) 6.0% w/v (F4) were physicochemically microbiologically characterized, sensory evaluated. The physicochemical analyses indicated that the content significantly changed (P<0.05) acidity values, soluble solids colorimetric coordinates, making possible adjust mathematical models for all these variables. Microbiological showed no significant...

The objective of this study was to develop, characterize and evaluate the stability whey protein beverages containing anthocyanins from jabuticaba skins. Beverage formulations 0.5% (F1), 2.0% (F2), 4.0% (F3) 6.0% (F4) proteins 2.0 mL concentrated phenolic extract skins were developed. Physicochemical parameters (pH, acidity, total soluble solids, content, viscosity, color), antioxidant capacity, phenols determined. In addition, a sensory acceptance test performed. physicochemical analyses...

Chemical characterization of fertilizers, in terms total nutrient content, is essential for quality control and definition field-based rates. The Ministry Agriculture, Livestock Supply (MAPA) by IN/2007 recommends different methods content extraction fertilizers. These can have high analytical costs, be laborious, generate large quantities residues. Therefore, this work proposes a simple more environmentally friendly method using nitric acid solution to extract nutrients from which has the...

Abstract Over the last few decades, agrochemicals have been partially associated with a global reduction in bees. Toxicological assessment is crucial for understanding overall agrochemical risks to stingless Therefore, lethal and sublethal effects of commonly used crops (copper sulfate, glyphosate, spinosad) on behavior gut microbiota bee, Partamona helleri , were assessed using chronic exposure during larval stage. The recommended field doses CuSO 4 (200 Active Ingredient, a.i., µg)...

ABSTRACT: Comparisons between the nutritional quality of organic and conventional fresh foods are frequently reported in literature; however, discussion about processed is less frequent. Therefore, this study compared content products from both production systems using a systematic review literature meta-analysis, regarding aspects raw material management processing. The reviewed scientific articles published 2010 2020 data obtained were analyzed standardized mean difference method with...
