Biosimilars/biosimilar medicines have been developing rapidly, promising to bring many benefits in the diagnosis, treatment, prevention of diseases, and human health improvement. Biosimilar is a medicine that highly similar an already licensed biological product (reference medicine). Although there are some minor differences inactive ingredients, no clinically significant purity, potency, safety between two products. The development biosimilars challenging multistep process. Unlike "generic"...

Abstract Cyclic stretch applied to cells induces the reorganization of stress fibers. However, correlation between fiber subtypes and strain-dependent responses cytoplasm nucleus has remained unclear. Here, we investigated dynamic involvement in orientation elongation cyclically stretched epithelial cells. We uniaxial cyclic stretches at 5%, 10%, 15% strains followed by release mechanical stretch. Dorsal, transverse arcs, peripheral fibers were mainly involved whereas perinuclear cap...

In this paper, we describe a speech enhancement approach for robust recognition. This consists of two stages to solve both current problems recognition: reverberation and noise. Firstly, signal is dereveberated by suppression slowly -- varying components the falling edge power envelope (SSF). Then binaural processing applied remove noise from target speech. Speech recognition results show that combination algorithm provides good robustness in real environments.
