ABSTRACT Esophageal Crohn's disease is uncommon and difficult to identify, especially in the adult population. In this study, we report a biologic-naïve patient with colonic complicated by recurrent esophageal strictures despite many dilations, who presented our center aspiration pneumonia. Abstract Arsenic trioxide (ATO) is generally well tolerated for treatment of APL. We present a patient with severe watery diarrhea and pancreatitis thought to be due ATO toxicity in the setting obesity acute kidney injury. Future studies evaluating levels patients experiencing toxicities may help guide dose modifications.
