A comprehensive two-dimensional (2D) reverse phase (RP) liquid chromatography (LC) method is developed for alkaloid analysis. This offline 2D using different pH values. With a value of 10.5, most alkaloids appear in the form neutral molecules possessing high retention factors based on their polarity, while polarity order changed when decreased to 3.0. The performance modulated LC demonstrated with 8 standards which resulted orthogonal separation. then applied total separation Corydalis...
Three novel actinomycete strains, designated TRM66264-DLMT, TRM88002T and TRM88003T, were isolated by using polyaspartic acid as a water-retaining agent for the enrichment in situ. The 16S rRNA gene sequence phylogenetic analyses of three strains indicated that they belonged to genus Actinoplanes. phylogenetically closest TRM88003T Actinoplanes bogorensis LIPI11-2-Ac043T (98.4 %), abujensis A4029T (98.0 %) ferrugineus IFO15555T (98.1 respectively. major polar lipids TRM66264-DLMT...
Fourier transform ion mobility spectrometry (FT-IMS) is a useful multiplexing method for improving the duty cycle (DC) of IMS from 1 to 25% when using an entrance and exit gate modulate current with synchronized square wave chirp.
Abstract Two symbiotic nitrogen-fixing bacteria (TRM95796 T and TRM96650 ) isolated from effective root nodules of chickpeas were characterised to clarify their taxonomic status using a polyphasic approach. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences, single-copy genes core-proteome average amino acid identity (cpAAI) indicated that strain TRM95796 was grouped as separate clade closely related Rhizobium setariae KVB221 (97.23%), Mycoplana. azooxidifex Po 20/26 (97.5%). The results...
Abstract Two strains (TRM95111 T and TRM95001 ) of Gram-stain-negative, aerobic, rod-shaped mycrobacteria were isolated from the nodule rhizosphere Lotus japonicus grown in campus Tarim University Alar, Xinjiang, China. Strain TRM95111 strain shared 93.1% 16S rRNA gene sequences similarity with each other had 98.2% 97.9% sequence to closest species Rhizobium subbaraonis JC85 halotolerans AB21 , respectively. Phylogenetic analyses based on sequences, two housekeeping ( recA atpD core genes...
