오늘날과 같은 글로벌 경쟁에서는 전통지식, 전통문화표현물, 유전자원 등과 새로운 분야의 지식재산이 중요한 자산으로 인식되고 있다. 이와 함께 우리나라의 문화콘텐츠, 브랜드, 디자인 등 지식재산의 총체적 경쟁력 확보가 시급한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2014년 이후 발효예정인 나고야의 정서에 의해 향후 다양하게 파생될 이익 공유 문제와 지적재산권 분쟁에 대비할 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 우리나라 중부지방 문헌 전통지식 2,047건과 구전 931건을 대상으로 전처리 과정을 거쳐 200건의 전통지식을 선정하였다. 이들을 양적 연구방법인 델파이 (Delphi) 조사를 활용하여 우선순위 상위 50건의 선정된 50건 중 전통지식은 30건, 20건으로 나타났다. 연구의 결과는 포커스그룹인터뷰 질적 조사연구의 기본 자료로 활용될 있을 것이다. 나아가 유효 공표 (특허를 위한 선행성 확보)를 통하여 국제사회에서 인정받을 있는 생물 전통지식의 자산 확보 등에 크게 기여할 있다는 점 의의가...

본 연구는 문헌 및 현장에서 얻은 생물자원지식들의 가치를 평가하기 위해 전문가들을 대상으로 실시한 델파이 조사 (Delphi method)의 신뢰성을 평가하였다. 델파이조사는 전문가들이 다른 사람의 의견과 관계없이 독립적으로 전문성 있는 평가를 내린 다음에 다음 단계에서 전문가들의 의견을 참고하며 자신의 수정하는 절차를 갖는다. 연구에서는 문헌에서 전통지식 100건, 취득한 지식 100건 등, 모두 200건을 우선 선정한 후 전문가 6인을 선정하여 각 지식의 가치에 대하여 두 차례 평가하도록 하였다. 그 결과 차례의 평가점수는 연관성이 매우 높으면서 2차에서는 수용해 어느 정도 자체수정이 발생하여 문항에 대한 평가점수의 표준편차가 줄어들었다. 조사의 신뢰성 (reliability)을 파악하기 일반적인 신뢰도 계수인 크론바하 알파와 함께 일반화가능도 (generalizability) 계수를 구하였다. 이 분석을 통해 2차 평가 평가의 신뢰도가 상승하여 전문가에 의한 높다는...
