Early diagnosis cancers with aggressive behaviour that period may allow simpler treatment options also decrease treatment-associated morbidity risk. Records patients who underwent an histopathological evaluation between 2011 2016 were evaluated. Clinical findings,...
Abstract We aimed to evaluate perinatal outcomes and blood gas indices of isolated single umbilical artery (SUA). In this retrospective study, 134 fetuses with SUA were evaluated. A total 77 (57.4%) (iSUA) compared maternal age-matched 95 double arteries (DUA), respect pregnancy outcome cord indices. The incidence in our cohort was 1.04%. Patients iSUA had lower neonatal birth weight the control group (2,635 ± 972 g vs 2,991 669 g; p = 0.009). Small for gestational age (SGA) frequency higher...
Our objective was to compare the latency periods after preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM) and determine its subsequent impact on maternal fetal outcomes for singleton twin gestations > 24 weeks’ ≤ 34 gestation. Delivery in first 72 h observed be more frequent group (RR 1.98, 95% CI 1.06–3.73, p = 0.03); whereas overall median were comparable (p 0.06). Singleton pregnancies had shorter 28 gestational weeks by comparison before weeks. Gestational age delivery between spontaneous...
Endometriosis of the uterine cervix is a rare lesion that generally asymptomatic in gynaecological practice. Timely identification and management of GDM can mitigate the potential for maternal fetal complications. The present study aimed to explore characteristics that may result in an isolated elevation 50 g Glucose Challenge Test (GCT) results (Pre-GDM condition) assess impact Pre-GDM status on neonatal outcomes. Methods: This retrospective trial included 177 women infants. All who applied...
