Natural gas hydrate (NGH) reservoirs consist of the types sediments with weak cementation, low strength, high plasticity, and creep. Based on kinetics thermodynamic characteristics NGH decomposition, herein a heat-fluid-solid coupling model was established for studying wellbore stability in an NGH-bearing formation to analyze effects creep during long-term drilling. The results demonstrated that resulted larger plastic yield range, thus aggravating strain accumulation around wellbore....
The shallow burial of gas hydrates results in stratum settlement owing to pore pressure reduction and hydrate dissociation during depressurization. To understand this behavior hydrate-bearing stratum, a numerical model for determining the nonlinear mechanical constitutive relation sediments was developed based on physical properties sediments. compared with an ideal elastic–plastic core scale. Furthermore, depressurization horizontal wells strata also established. Variance range analyses...
Abstract Natural gas hydrate has been identified as a new alternative energy resource which characteristics of weak cementation, low reservoir strength and shallow overburden depth. Thus, the stability subsea equipment formation can be affected during drilling process. To quantitative assessment on vertical displacement strata induced by decomposition clearly learn influence laws various factors wellhead stability, this study established fully coupled thermo-hydro-mechanical-chemical (THMC)...
In this paper, we study a higher order pseudo‐parabolic equation involving ‐Laplacian with the Navier boundary condition. We use energy method, Sobolev embedding inequalities and Galerkin's approximation to show classification of singular solutions, including existence nonexistence global, blow‐up, extinction solutions. Extinction rates time blow‐up decay estimates global solutions are discussed.
In this work, we evaluated the influence of phosphoric acid in conjunction with a tannic converter formula on adhesion coating system by employing epoxy as top coating. The morphology and composition rusted steel before after treatment were determined scanning electron microscopy (SEM) Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. test result showed that strength between rust was enhanced from 1.93 MPa to 11.63 50 g/L formula. Further investigation working mechanism such revealed...
