For patients with colorectal cancer, minimally invasive surgical methods, particularly laparoscopic are now the preferred course of therapy. This research is performed to investigate effects radical resection on cancer. A total 100 cancer treated in our hospital from January 2017 2019 were enrolled. The subjects divided into observation ( <math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" id="M1"> <mi>n</mi> <mo>=</mo> <mn>50</mn> </math> ) and control id="M2"> groups surgery laparotomy,...
Abstract This study aimed to investigate the therapeutic efficacy of programmed spatial anatomy myopectineal orifice technique in laparoscopic total extraperitoneal hernioplasty (TEP) surgery. A 121 adult male patients with unilateral inguinal hernias who underwent TEP Department General Surgery, Wujin Hospital, affiliated Jiangsu University, from January 2019 December 2020 were selected. Patients divided into procedural (63 cases) and traditional groups (58 according surgical methods...
Abstract Purpose The lncRNA TRG-AS1 and its co-expressed gene P2RY10 are important for colorectal cancer (CRC) occurrence development. purpose of our research was to explore the roles in CRC progression. Methods abundance determined cell lines. LoVo cells were transfected with si-TRG-AS1 si-P2RY10 constructs. Subsequently, viability, colony formation, migration analyzed using counting kit-8, clonogenicity, scratch-wound/Transwell® assays, respectively. Cells overexpressing GNA13 used further...
In this paper, the oxidation behavior of novel titanium boron nitride (TiBN) powder was studied. Titanium (TiN) used for comparison. XRD analysis results products indicated that when temperature below 700 °C, TiBN powders were mainly composed rutile TiO2 and residual TiBN, while TiN consisted anatase rutile. The comparison showed B element lowered transition to rutile, in could be maintained up 800 which its resistance significantly better than powder. lattice constant formed by remarkably...
