Abstract Research on high‐efficiency and cost‐efficient catalysts for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) is still a vital but challenging issue commercializing metal–air batteries. Herein, single‐molecule/atom hybrid catalyst developed to boost the ORR, in which iron phthalocyanine molecules containing molecular Fe─N 4 moieties couple with atomic Co─N sites surface of polyhedral carbon. Density functional theory calculations reveal that face‐to‐face laminated construction can effectively...
Respiratory masks are the primary and most effective means of protecting individuals from airborne hazards such as droplets particulate matter during public engagements. However, conventional electrostatically charged melt-blown microfiber typically require thick dense membranes to achieve high filtration efficiency, which in turn cause a significant pressure drop reduce breathability. In this study, we have developed multielectrospinning system address issue by manipulating pore structure...
To investigate clinical effects of equine-assisted activities and therapy (EAA/T) for treating attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children age 6-13 years. This 12-week, prospective, open-label trial included 24 sessions EAA/T. Twenty participants (19 boys 1 girl) completed 12 weeks Various tests were administered at baseline after Assessments the investigator-administered ADHD-Rating Scale (ARS-I), Clinical Global Impressions (CGI)-Severity Scale, Impressions-Improvement...
We designed this study to prove the efficacy of low-cost Kinect-based virtual rehabilitation (VR) system for upper limb recovery among patients with subacute stroke.A double-blind, randomized, sham-controlled trial was performed. A total 23 subjects stroke (<3 months) were allocated sham (n = 11) and real VR group 12). Both groups participated in a daily 30-minute occupational therapy 10 consecutive weekdays. Subjects received an additional or VR. Assessment performed before VR, immediately...
Pharmacotherapy among children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is effective, but many patients suffer from secondary psychiatric problems even after improvement of ADHD core symptoms. Hippotherapy have been used as adjunct treatment options for physical and psychosocial rehabilitation well to ameliorate The aim this study was investigate the effects versus pharmacotherapy ADHD.Thirty-four participants were randomly assigned at a 1:1 ratio either 24 sessions twice-weekly...
This study was done to investigate nurses' knowledge of, and compliance with the multidrug-resistant organism (MDRO) infection control guidelines.A survey questionnaire developed based on institutional national guidelines administered a convenience sample of 306 nurses in university hospital. The mean score for 33.87 (percentage correct answers: 82.61%). The percentages answers basic concepts, route transmission, hand washing/protective devices environment management were 74.27%, 94.29%,...
There is a need to develop innovative and accessible dyadic interventions that provide male couples with the behavioral skills manage risk of HIV transmission within their relationship. We conducted pilot randomized controlled trial (RCT) assess feasibility acceptability electronic health (eHealth) prevention toolkit intervention encourage seroconcordant negative in United States establish adhere sexual agreement (SA).Eligible, consented were randomly assigned or education control followed up...
Background: As interest increases in the development of eHealth human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-preventive interventions for gay male couples, Web-based methods must also be developed to help increase likelihood that couples enrolled and data collected from them represent true unique dyads. Methods recruit collect reliable valid both members a couple are lacking, yet crucial uptake novel sexual health HIV-prevention interventions. describe best practices using targeted advertisements on...

Objective To examine the associations between COVID-19-related living arrangements and sexual gender minority (SGM)-related stressors (ie, identity concealment familial rejection). Participants N = 478 SGM university students (Mage 22 years, SD 4.00). Methods were surveyed cross-sectionally May August 2020 regarding SGM-related since start of COVID-19. Results Approximately half (48.7%) sample reported a rearrangement to their parents' home due Living homes was associated with an increased...
Metal–Air Batteries In article number 2314554, Shichao Ding, Il-Doo Kim, Jin-Cheng Li, and co-workers design a novel single-atom catalyst, in which Fe-N4 moieties are coupled with Co-N4 sites, that boosts the catalytic activity towards oxygen reduction reaction for remarkable flexible all-solid-state zinc-air batteries.
Abstract Background In the US, stimulant use is associated with a 3–6 times greater rate of HIV seroconversion in sexual minority men (SMM) than those who do not stimulants. Annually, 1 3 SMM seroconvert will be persistent methamphetamine (meth) users. The primary objective this qualitative study was to explore experiences living South Florida, high priority region for Ending Epidemic initiative. Methods sample included 25 stimulants, recruited via targeted ads on social networking apps....
Little is known about how common sexual agreements (SAs) are among mixed-sex couples. Data from 555 partnered, adults who completed a 1-time web survey were used to describe had SA in their current relationship and associated factors. Sixty-two percent reported having SA. Having was with identifying as bisexual or questioning, owning smartphone, recently anal sex the relationship. Further research needed assess whether SAs may be an ideal platform assist couples health needs, which could...
Couples-based HIV testing and counseling (CHTC) is currently available only for gay male couples in the United States, but other types of could benefit from this service. Our cross-sectional, online study collected data 536 partnered adults to assess interest using CHTC associated factors. Adjusted odds ratios were calculated with ordinal logistic regression analyze factors greater CHTC. Most participants female, White, non-Hispanic, and/or students who dating exclusively sexually active....
The study employed an open label randomized controlled trial. Participants were 10 children of ages between 6 and 12 years. These subjects placed in 2 groups : the hippo-therapy group medication group. Evaluation tools used this include Affective Disorders Schizophrenia-Present Lifetime Version- Korean Version, Wechsler Intelli-gence Scale for Children-IV, Child Behavior Check List (K-CBCL), ADHD rating scale (ARS), Clinical Global Impression (CGI), Quantitative electroencephalography (QEEG).Results
OBJECT: To prove how intensive training for 2 weeks influence on the physical fitness playing soccer METHOD: The high school players conducted tests (N=60, 17±1 yrs). measure agility as preliminary examination, functional such side step, slalom test, 10m shuttle run test were taken.
