Based on the Actiotope Model of Giftedness, this article introduces a learning-resource-oriented approach for gifted education. It provides comprehensive categorization learning resources, including five exogenous resources termed educational capital and endogenous capital. Evidence from literature is presented that supports validity each categories. Finally, 12 implications resource orientation education are discussed in relation to four areas: orientations, identification, principles, management.
