本文报告1例南通大学附属医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科采用弹性血管吊带减张缝合修复喉瘘。患者男,62岁,因喉癌行声门上喉部分切除术后发生喉瘘,术后加强换药并直接拉拢缝合失败,采用局部麻醉下弹性血管吊带减张缝合技术拉拢4周后,再次行褥式缝合,成功封闭瘘口。出院至今复查,效果良好。.
