Intractable hiccups is a poorly understood medical problem and the pathophysiology highly debatable. Here we report interesting case of 40 year male patient who presented to us with complains difficulty in swallowing for 3 weeks which was resistant medication . MRI scans revealed Chiari I malformation cervical syrinx. He underwent Suboccipital craniectomy including C1 laminectomy following he relieved intractable hiccups.

Abstract Blastomycosis is a fungal infection caused primarily by Blastomyces dermatitis . The fungus endemic to the Ohio, Mississippi, and St. Lawrence River areas of United States.
