We report combined density functional studies and thermodynamic considerations on Ti-related native defects in lithium borohydride sodium alanate. An excited rotational band including seven new $\ensuremath{\gamma}$ transitions was identified in ${}^{97}\mathrm{Sr}$ from $\ensuremath{\gamma}\ensuremath{-}\ensuremath{\gamma}\ensuremath{-}\ensuremath{\gamma}$ coincidences the spontaneous fission of ${}^{252}\mathrm{Cf}.$ This band, built on 829.8-keV state, is interpreted as $\ensuremath{\nu}9/2[404]$ with a very deformed shape. We demonstrate that a surface resonance (pseudosurface wave) may transform into true wave, i.e., acquire an infinite lifetime, at single isolated point within bulk band (radiative region) in model of stressed auxetic material.
