The stochastic resonance (SR) phenomenon for a time-delayed fractional nonlinear system subjected to multiplicative and additive noise excited by square-wave signal dichotomous is investigated. By virtue of generalized harmonic function technique, applying small delay approximation adiabatic approximation, the output signal-to-noise (SNR) deduced. research result shows that double SR occurs when SNR varies with exponent strengths noise. One peak appears changes damping coefficient time.
With improvement in the speed and frequency of electronic circuits, far-end crosstalk (FEXT) problem printed-circuit board (PCB) neighboring routes becomes one most critical factors affecting signal quality. In this paper, FEXT can be mitigated significantly by inserting rectangular-shape resonators (RSR) structures coupled microstrip transmission lines where defected (DMS) are etched on lines. The domain simulation HFSS shows that S <sub xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"...
This paper studies the electromagnetic properties of defected ground structure (DGS) with von Koch snowflake fractals. First, fractal is employed in dumbbell shaped DGS, and we have discovered that it has characteristics a low-pass filter out-of-band rejection increases iterations. In consideration fabrication accuracy performance, third iteration been adopted. Based on this structure, designed narrow-band wide-band to verify our theory. From simulated measured results, can see level greatly...
Far-end crosstalk (FEXT) is one major factor impacting performance of DDR signals on printed circuit board (PCB) external layers (microstrip routing). Bigger spacing can help reduce FEXT. However, as there are lots signals, in most cases, little room to increase spacing. In this paper, we develop a simple and efficient DDR5 reduction approach by using thickening soldermask coated microstrip lines (TSCMLs). The type regular low-loss material, which mainly used for resistance welding...
Optical engines co-packaged with switching Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) can offer a solution for advancement in bandwidth requirement and are potentially the ultimate direction long-touted "optical integration" era. This paper proposes novel signal integrity (SI) design methodology package of optics (CPO) by using channel operating margin (COM) as figure merit (FOM) first time. The conventional method SI based on individual criteria, such masks loss, crosstalk, jitter, eye...
Far-end crosstalk (FEXT) can be a problem in the design of printed circuit boards (PCB) for incoming fifth generation double data rate (DDR5). In this paper, FEXT mitigation method is proposed. This adds an additional layer homogeneous dielectric substrate with or without metal to make transmission line more homogeneous. Therefore, capacitive cancel out inductive at far end. our research, lines tabbed routing are analyzed and simulated. Finally, frequency-domain time-domain simulated results...
Abstract A simple wideband planar antenna with a separated fence structure is presented in this study for 4/5G base station application. To improve the front‐to‐back ratio (FBR) and half‐power beamwidth (HPBW) of proposed antenna, five parasitic structures are designed. This design can effectively suppress surface wave propagating along metal ground increase radiation performance low elevation area. After integrating fence, FBR improved by 6 dB on average. And HPBW increased average above 3...
With improvement in high-density and high-speed printed circuit boards (PCBs), far-end crosstalk (FEXT) problem is one of most critical factors affecting signal quality. This main because the spacing between adjacent lines becomes very small, such as PCB routes fifth generation double data rate technology (DDR5). In this paper, a new method developed for mitigation FEXT DDR5. First, we investigate two cases, i.e., tabs added on graphene-paraffin materials coated with tabs. From simulated...
This paper presents the design of a high-frequency test fixture for high-speed connectors. Specifically, after analyzing and designing board material, laminate structure, trace signal via impedance consistency bandwidth interconnect structure are verified through TDR S-parameter simulations conducted in HFSS. PCB layout is generated using Cadence. The results confirm that differential meets requirements connector testing. Within frequency range 0-30 GHz, difference between S11 S21 2x-thru...
In this paper, a notch-band bandpass filter based on the composite right/left-handed transmission line (CRLH TL) loaded with quarter-wavelength resonator (QWR) is proposed. By substituting metallic via hole of conventional CRLH TL QWR, notch passband frequency response an adjustable band in middle has been achieved. Also, order to increase out-of-band rejection, pair open-ended stub resonators added at input and output feed lines. The fabricated measured, measurement results are good...
Crosstalk becomes a serious problem in microstrip design of printed circuit boards (PCBs) DDR5. In high-density and high-speed PCBs, widening space or putting shielding between traces to mitigate crosstalk noise may become less effective, because the limited space. This paper presents simple efficient reduction approach by using coverlay coated lines. is available variety film adhesive thicknesses, which commonly used materials for resistance welding transform PCB production. Based on...
In this paper, based on substrate integrated wave-guide (SIW), a 2×10 slotted waveguide antenna with six split ring resonators (SSR) is designed and simulated at Ka-Band to validate the antenna. A series of longitudinal slots etched top layer SIW are employed as radiating elements Ku-band, while SSRs bottom filet electromagnetic wave. one-to-two Wilkinson power divider feeds antenna, which simplifies compacts structure. The results show that bandwidth for voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR)...
