토양 중 잔류하는 chlorpyrifos의 오이 흡수 이행과 잔류분포를 조사하기 위하여 생장상 내 실내시험과 시설재배 포장에서의 실외시험을 실시하였다. 실내 및 실외시험 기간에 분해 반감기는 각각 25.8~73.0일과 32.4~42.3일로 비슷하였다. 실내시험 잔류량은 정식 후 15일까지 증가하다가 그 이후로 감소하는 양상을 나타내었으며 뿌리로부터 흡수된 농약의 양은 초기 처리된 절대량의 1.0~1.3% 수준이었다. 대부분은 뿌리에서 가장 많았으며 다음 줄기와 잎 순이었다. 반면에 수확된 오이열매에서 LOQ (0.02 mg/kg) 미만으로 안전한 수준이었으며 부위별 시료 분석결과, 실내시험에서의 결과와 마찬가지로 대부분의 잔류량이 검출되었다. 실외시험에서 한 개체에 chlorpyrifos는 토양에 살포된 양의 0.03~0.04%로 흡수율에 비해 30배 낮은 따라서 실제 토양환경 잔류수준은 본 시험에서 시험된 고농도(40 처리구보다 수준이므로 농산물의 생산이 가능하다고 할 수...

토양에 잔류된 농약의 작물로의 흡수 이행 양상을 조사하기 위해서 boscalid 및 chlorfenapyr를 잔류시킨 후 엇갈이 배추로 되는 정도를 조사하였다. 배추 토양 중 두 확립된 분석법을 이용하여 회수율시험을 실시한 결과 회수율은 87.5~105.2% 범위 이내이었다. boscalid의 초기잔류량은 저농도 처리구에서 2.77 mg/kg, 고농도 5.66 mg/kg이었으며 28일 경과 잔류량은 각각 0.53 1.60 mg/kg으로 초기잔류량의 71.7~81.9%가 감소하였다. 반면에 chlorfenapyr의 2.38 6.43 나타났으며, 1.36 2.91 42.9~54.8%가 배추시료는 파종 21일부터 28일까지 약 2일 간격으로 수확하여 잔류농약분석을 실시하였으며 시간경과에 따라 흡수량이 증가하였다. 흡수된 흡수량은 2.47 2.4%의 흡수율을 보였으며, 4.71 2.2%가 흡수되었다. 2.63 나타나 1.5 1.3%를 흡수하였다. 이러한 결과는 농약이 후작물로...

밀의 재배기간 중 살포된 살균제 fludioxonil 및 metconazole의 부위별 잔류양상을 조사하였다. 밀 metconazole (cis trans 이성질체의 합)의 잔류분석 회수율은 84.3~113.3%이었으며 변이계수는 0.1~4.7%로 나타나 잔류농약분석 기준을 만족하였다. 두 농약 모두 처리구별 수확된 짚부위에 가장 많이 잔류되었으며 가식부인 밀알에서 잔류량이 적었다. 가식부에 잔류하는 농약의 농도는 fludioxonil은 2회 3회 살포시 0.01~0.07 mg/kg, metconazole은 0.13~0.17 mg/kg로 나타났다. 침투성 농약인 보다 더 낮은 농도로 살포되었음에도 불구하고 가식부로 침투량이 많았으며 cis 이성질체가 이성질체 잔류되었다. 각 평균무게를 이용하여 한 개체 당 잔류절대량을 산출하고 분포율을 산출한 결과, 짚 부위에서 68.5~70.7%의 나타내었으며 가식부에서 분포율은 0.8% 미만이었다.
