Abstract Background We recently introduced Renesis™, a novel minimally invasive radiofrequency (RF) device, for the treatment of human skin. The wound healing response post‐fractional RF (FRF™) was examined in subjects. Study Design FRF system delivered energy directly within dermis via 5 micro‐needle electrode pairs. Tissue temperature held at 72°C 4 seconds using an intelligent feedback system. evaluated histologically and by RT‐PCR up to 10 weeks post‐RF treatment. Neoelastogenesis role...

Abstract Implanted scaffolds with inductive niches can facilitate the recruitment and differentiation of host cells, thereby enhancing endogenous tissue regeneration. Extracellular matrix (ECM) derived from cultured cells or natural tissues exhibit superior biocompatibility trigger favourable immune responses.
