The electrophoretic deposition (EPD) is a versatile and cost-effective technique for fabricating advanced coatings. In this study, chitosan/gelatin (CS/G) coatings were prepared on titanium substrates via EPD. characterized using fluorescence microscopy, scanning electron Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, shear bond strength testing. It was found that CS/G had similar macroporous structure. gelatin content in the gradually increased with increase of blend solutions....
Abstract To comprehensively understand the fracture properties of solid propellants, mode I tensile toughness tests at different temperatures (253.15–343.15 K) and loading rates (2–500 mm/min) were conducted on newly designed circumferentially notched cylinder sample with initial crack sizes (4.5 6.5 mm) for hydroxyl‐terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) propellant. Test results reveal that shape stress‐strain curves was not significantly influenced by temperature, rate size. Higher lower...
ABSTRACT To investigate the mechanical properties and fracture mechanisms of hydroxyl‐terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) propellant at low temperature high strain rate, uniaxial tensile tests were conducted over range temperatures 233 to 298 K rates 0.4 14.14 s −1 using an INSTRON testing machine, scanning electron microscope (SEM) was employed observe surfaces. The experimental results indicate that deformation HTPB are remarkably influenced by rate. characteristics stress–strain curves...
Tetraethylenepentamine-functionalized core–shell structured nanomagnetic Fe3O4 polymers (TEPA-Fe3O4-NMPs) with different amounts of magnetic core were synthesized and fully characterized. The might favor mass transfer accelerating the adsorption process.
In order to study the macroscopic mechanical properties and meso damage mechanism of solid fuel hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) propellant under low temperature dynamic biaxial compression loading, INSTRON high strain rate hydraulic testing machine was used carry out test HTPB in range −50 °C ∼ -30 1s−1–85s−1. Meanwhile, control at room (25 °C) set up, microcomputed tomography (Micro-CT) observe quantitatively characterize loaded specimens. The results show that significantly affect...
Abstract To study the high strain rate tensile behaviors of hydroxyl‐terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) propellant at low temperatures, uniaxial tests were conducted different rates (0.4–42.86 s −1 ) and temperatures (233–298 K) using an INSTRON testing machine. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was employed to observe fracture surfaces. Experimental results indicate that rate, temperature test environment remarkably influence HTPB propellant. The stress‐strain curves exhibit three shapes....
Purpose. To evaluate the effect of two in-office bleaching agents on color changes ceromers (Ceramage and Adoro SR) one direct composite resin (Gradia Direct Anterior) after staining by tea coffee. Materials methods. Twenty-four disk-shaped specimens were fabricated for each material randomly divided into three groups (n = 8). The immersed in tea, coffee or deionized water, respectively, 7 days. Each group was then equally sub-groups 4), which subjected to (BEYOND Opalescence Boost),...
Aiming at the shortcomings of current research on mechanical properties solid propellants under complex stress conditions, an effective cross-shaped test piece configuration and variable-scale biaxial tensile method are designed in this paper, meso-simulation model propellant is constructed by Micro-CT random filling algorithm. Then, based Hook-Jeeves cohesive force model, performance parameters each mesoscopic component were obtained, finally damage evolution process was numerically...
CPC could be used as a promising biomaterial to reconstruct the breached enamel on exposed dentin through biomimetic and minimally invasive way.
Abstract In order to study the effect of initial interface defects and void on macro tensile mechanical properties composite solid propellant, based Python script, particle filling model propellant with meso pores was established in ABAQUS. Firstly, zero thickness cohesive elements were embedded at adjacent matrix particle/matrix interface, traction separate law used simulate fracture failure propellant. Then, influence different shapes, porosity defect ratio elastic modulus strength...
Abstract The strength limits of composite solid propellants are different at temperatures and loading states. To study the ultimate bearing capacity Hydroxyl‐terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) propellant, tensile‐shear fixture propellant specimens were designed, tests HTPB (223–298 K) strain rates (0.01–1.00 s −1 ) carried out. variation load with conditions was analysed. Based on twin shear unified theory, criterion under low temperature tension‐shear established, mechanical parameters stress...
Abstract In order to gain insight into the mechanical properties of NEPE propellant under a range temperature and strain rate conditions, uniaxial tensile property test with wide −40°C-70°C 0.0012s −1 -1s has been carried out based on in-situ testing device solid microfabrication complex working conditions supporting high low integrated machine. Additionally, morphology particles was observed analyzed during stretching using microscope equipment provided by The results show that it...
The flight delay induces extra cost to airlines and passengers. In the process of delay, maintain engine power supply is primary part loss. This paper takes different modes in account improve previous model. As well this gets an in-depth analysis total ground trend over time using electrical or APU (auxiliary units) for supply.Taking most popular aircraft B737, A320, A340 B747-200 as examples, conducts computer simulation loss ratio by model. The results indicate that model can make a...
Abstract It is of great significance to monitor the aging state and evaluate useful life stored solid‐rocket‐motor (SRM) propellant grains. In this work, hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) grains was studied based on electromechanical impedance (EMI) method. The relationship between complex modulus mechanical viscoelastic material derived. finite element analysis structure with different moduli carried out. results show that peak value increases an increase modulus. This report focuses...
