Purpose: Twist1 is a transcription factor that regulates embryonic development, stemness, and differentiation, can also stimulate initiation of tumorigenesis in peripheral solid cancers. However, its role central nervous system tumors, including medulloblastoma (MB), the main type malignant brain cancer afflicts children, remains poorly understood. Here, we examined expression Twist1, potential significance prognosis, different histological variants molecular subgroups MB. Methods: Gene data...

This paper presents a machine learning-based pipeline to classify, in six labels, voice calls from power plant operation centers ENGIE Brasil Energia (private producer). The consists of customized speech-to-text model Amazon Web Services (AWS) followed by multi-label text classification model. Our experiments showed how leverage the performance Transcribe with custom vocabulary, as well predictive for different tree-based learning models. work aims facilitate audit internal actions and...

This paper presents a distributed dynamic object model that is aligned with the concept of design history in context problem solving activities. A proposed as an enabling feature for CAD (computer-aided design) allowing teams to work cooperatively, accessing and exchanging information at run time engineering environment. The architecture environment allows artefact properties be associated any relevant aspect process, including those related specification, but also organisation hierarchy,...

Computer Vision and Machine Learning are the key to develop autonomous robots. While engaged with a IEEE Open Challenge, in which robots need recognize miniature of cow, we saw solution these areas. The main contribution this paper is algorithm implemented identify follow known object, cow. We constructing an application based on Image Processing that can detect images previously object. method yields limits mass center entity appropriates algorithms, as well Shi-Tomasi Corner Detector,...

Learning a gesture pertains to learning expression of motion by human, involving the hands, arms, face, head, and/or body. In this work, we propose employ haptic feedback as an additional tool in following/evaluation loop. Accordingly, user wears wearable device form bracelet which vibrates according trajectory error. Our research hypothesis is then investigate whether such aids correcting his movement relation prerecorded trajectory.

This paper proposes a new model for the representation of design processes based on evolutionary aspect this activity. Also work presents an innovative approach to object-oriented and pragmatic view Design Problem Space (DPS). Furthermore, principles underlying are derived from working CAD system in furnace developed during present research work. The information related artifact form (space representation), as well those associated functions (rules nature laws) that should attend to,...

In recent decades, CubeSat nanosatellites have made it possible for universities and small companies to study these technologies go space. this context, the National Institute of Spatial Research (INPE) proposed CONASAT project, which has as its goal update Brazilian Environmental Data Collection System (BDCS), replacing old satellites with a new constellation. The BDCS, beyond satellites, is also composed ground stations Platforms (DCPs) spread across territory. This paper presents design...
