Introduction For the management of patients referred to respiratory triage during early stages severe acute syndrome coronavirus type 2 (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic, either chest radiography or computed tomography (CT) were used as first-line diagnostic tools. The aim this study was compare impact on triage, diagnosis and prognosis with suspected COVID-19 when clinical decisions are derived from reconstructed CT. Methods We radiographs high-resolution CT (HRCT) scans. Five observers independently...

Chest Computed Tomography (CT) imaging has played a central role in the diagnosis of interstitial pneumonia patients affected by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and can be used to obtain extent lung involvement COVID-19 either qualitatively, via visual inspection, or quantitatively, AI-based software. This study aims compare qualitative/quantitative pathological extension data on patients. Secondly, quantitative obtained were compared verify their concordance...

In patients with symptomatic intrahepatic biliary lithiasis, the treatment is usually discussed by a multidisciplinary team. Although hepatectomy considered as definitive treatment, when lobar atrophy absent, endoscopic procedures are frequently proposed first-line due low invasiveness and for sparing liver parenchyma.
