Abstract This chapter sets out to introduce some theoretical reflections on the employability construct in adult and higher education. At same time, it illustrates perspectives for educational action through presentation of career service activities aimed at development transversal skills.
This dataset provides de-identified raw responses to a non-anonymous three-wave online survey with 12-month time lag. Data collection was part of larger project on the development career calling in Italian college students. The first wave collected during fall 2014. Participants were bachelor's or master's students enrolled 24 different study domains and 4 universities.
