Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma (ATC) is a highly aggressive endocrine tumor that can be expected to have poor clinical outcome. Cutaneous metastases from ATC are rare and in the context of disseminated metastases. Owing rarity disease, no standard treatment has been documented, few modalities effective.
