Crowdsourced software development utilises an open call format to attract geographically distributed developers accomplish various types of tasks. Although the enables wide task accessibility, potential must choose from a dauntingly large set options (usually more than one hundred available tasks on TopCoder each day). Inappropriate developer-task matching may lower quality deliverables. In this paper, we employ content-based recommendation techniques automatically match and developers. The...
Quantitative understanding of relationships between students' behavioural patterns and academic performances is a significant step towards personalized education. In contrast to previous studies that were mainly based on questionnaire surveys, recent literature suggests unobtrusive digital data bring us unprecedented opportunities study lifestyles in the campus. this paper, we collect records from undergraduate ( N = 18 960) smart cards propose two high-level characters, orderliness...
In this paper, the finite-time passivity (FTP) problem for two classes of coupled neural networks (CNNs) with adaptive coupling weights is discussed. By selecting appropriate laws and controllers, several FTP conditions are given CNNs undirected directed topologies. Furthermore, some synchronization also established by employing CNNs. At last, numeral examples used to check correctness obtained criteria.
Although a lot of attention has been paid to software cost estimation since 1960, making accurate effort and schedule is still challenge. To collect evidence identify potential areas improvement in estimation, it important investigate the accuracy, method used, factors influencing adoption methods current industry. This paper analyzed 112 projects from Chinese project benchmarking dataset conducted questionnaire survey on 116 organizations above information. The presents situations related...
Open Science is becoming a mainstream scientific ideology in psychology and related fields. However, researchers, especially early-career researchers (ECRs) developing countries, are facing significant hurdles engaging moving it forward. In China, various societal cultural factors discourage ECRs from participating Science, such as the lack of dedicated communication channels norm modesty. To make voice heard by Chinese-speaking scholars at large, Chinese Network (COSN) was initiated 2016....
Existing automatic code comment generators mainly focus on producing a general description of functionality for given snippet without considering developer intentions. However, in real-world practice, comments are complicated, which often contain information reflecting various intentions developers, e.g., summarization, design rationale, implementation details, properties, etc. To bridge the gap between generation and we define Developer-Intent Driven Code Comment Generation, can generate...
Crowdsourcing is a distributed problem-solving and production model. It takes advantage of the internet technology, helps enterprises save cost improve efficiency. However, uncertain quality significant challenge for crowdsourcing. On basis existing literatures, this paper proposes 23 software factors from two aspects: platform project. By using multiple regression analysis on data one most successful crowdsourcing platforms TopCoder.com, analyzes impact identifies six key factors, including...

Discrete features play an important role in data mining. How to best discretize continuous has always been a NP-hard problem. This paper introduces diverse taxonomies the existing literature classify discretization methods, as well idea and drawbacks of some typical methods. Furthermore, comparison these methods is studied. It's essential select proper depending on learning environment. At last, thought choosing association analysis proposed future research.
Along with the rapid development of communications, Internet, and smart terminals, mobile Internet has become a hot topic both opportunities challenges. In this article, new perspective on edge content delivery service for is described, based cooperating terminals. A cloud architecture named Cloudlet Aided Cooperative Terminals Service Environment (CACTSE) proposed as an network environment. The Manager (SM), cloudlet like module, introduced into local domain in order to manage in-domain...
With the help of information and communication technologies, studies on overall social networks have been extensively reported recently. However, investigations directed Ego Communication Networks (ECNs) remain insufficient, where an ECN stands for a sub network composed centralized individual his/her direct contacts. In this paper, ECNs are built Call Detail Records (CDRs), which cover more than 7 million people provincial capital city in China half year. Results show that there is critical...
Recent studies have shown that balance performance assessment based on artificial intelligence (AI) is feasible. However, control very complex and requires different subsystems to participate, which not been evaluated individually yet. Furthermore, these only classified individual's across limited grades. Therefore, in this study we attempted implement AI precisely evaluate types of (BCSes). First, a total 224 commonly used newly developed features were extracted from the center pressure...
Abstract Essential tremor (ET) is the most prevalent movement disorder with poorly understood etiology. Some neuroimaging studies report cerebellar involvement whereas others do not. This discrepancy may stem from underpowered studies, differences in statistical modeling or variation magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) acquisition and processing. To resolve this, we investigated structural using a local advanced ET dataset augmented by matched controls PPMI ADNI. We tested hypothesis of three...
Beyond the functional requirements of a system, software maintainability is essential for project success. While there exists large knowledge base maintainability, this rarely used in open source due to number developers and inefficiency identifying quality issues. To effectively utilize current practice requires deeper understanding how problems associated with different qualities arise change over time. In paper, we sample 6000 real bugs found from several Mozilla products examine...
Electrophysiological Source Imaging (ESI) is hampered by lack of "gold standards" for model validation. Concurrent electroencephalography (EEG) and electrocorticography (ECoG) experiments (EECoG) are useful this purpose, especially primate models due to their flexibility translational value human research. Unfortunately, there only one EECoG in the public domain that we know of: Multidimensional Recording (MDR) based on a single monkey ( www.neurotycho.org ). The mining type data hindered...
