Possibility of hyaline cartilage integrity restoration using multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (MMSC) was studied on the rabbit model partial thickness articular defect without subchondral plate damage. Size made up 0.5 cm in diameter and 1.5 mm deep. Autologous bone marrow harvested from resected upper flaring portion ilium, single cell suspension prepared cultured matrasses. Grown MMSC were centrifuged sediment transferred into defect. The covered with either vicryl or gelatin sponge,...

Purpose . To improve the cure of knee osteoarthirtis using a combination arthroscopic laser surgery and intraosseous infiltration autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Material methods 32 patients (18 men 14 women) with osteoarthrosis (OA) joint, degree II–III (by Kellgren–Lawrence classification), participated in study. By MRI findings, all had meniscus cartilage damage. The intervention was done device «LSP IRE Polyus», wavelength 0.97 mkm. In addition to arthroscopy, were made...

Connection between complications (local and general) lesions as well prolonged irritation of biologically active zones by pins during external intraosseous osteosynthesis was detected proved. Preventive measures those were elaborated. Those preventive included insertion beyond after preliminary marking points (or canal). Observance rules provided decrease the complication rate 1.6 times when hinge-distraction devices used 1.8 in application reposition- fixation devices. When occurred most...

Integrate criterion for the evaluation of pathological gait based on distinction pattern dynamograms vertical components weight bearing reaction at walking in norm and injured lower extremities is suggested. In patients with different pathology application this clinical practice allows to perform integral using minimum informative biomechanical parameters. Suggested could serve as an universal index evaluations treatment rehabilitaion results may be used research practice.

This study focuses on investigation of intra-articular photodynamic therapy (PDT) mechanisms for osteoarthritis (OA) treatment. Also, a search determination the most effective dose photosensitizer (PS) chlorine e6 (Ce6) anti-inflammatory PDT OA was carried out. It found that to assess effectiveness in treatment accompanied by synovitis, it is sufficient analyze caspase-3 with condition biopsy sample taken 2-3 days after PDT. The results efficacy Photoditazin at various administered doses...

BACKGROUND: Osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee joint is a common disease and significant medical, social, economic problem. Synovitis can be revealed at all stages ОА, contributing to progression cartilage damage, increased pain, impaired function. In patients with OA, morphological pattern synovial membrane structure has characteristic features, such as hyperplasia, sublimating fibrosis, stromal vascularization. Laser radiation widely used in medicine. Exposure two working wavelengths (0.97 m...

Transmission and scanner electronic microscopy was used to study the influence of laser radiation upon articular cartilage subchondral bone. Laser with maximum power (up 70 W) generated using surgical plant Lamin-1 1.06 m wave length in air environment. Data obtained showed that zone thermal lesion surrounding defect ranged from 0.8 1.0 mm. Articular bone outside preserved specific ultrastructural architectonics. Those data gave evidence a little traumatic effect Lamin1 possibilities...
