GRAS transcription factor (TF) family is unique and numerous in higher plants with diverse functions that involving plant growth development processes, such as gibberellin (GA) signal transduction, root development, nodule formation, mycorrhiza formation. Walnut tree exposed to various environmental stimulus causing concern about its resistance mechanism. In order understand the molecular mechanism of walnut adversity response, a TF (JrGRAS2) was cloned characterized from Juglans regia this...
ABSTRACT Senecavirus A (SVA) is an emerging viral pathogen that threatens the global swine industry significantly. The major clinical symptoms of SVA-infected animals are vesicular lesions, but various diseases can cause same symptoms, which makes it difficult to distinguish SVA from other clinically. absence effective and safe vaccine necessitates development a simple, specific, sensitive serological detection method for antibodies. VP2 protein SVA, characterized by high immunogenicity...
A multilocus GWAS was performed to explore the genetic architecture of four growth traits in yak. In total, 354 female yaks for which measurements body weight (BW), withers height (WH), length (BL) and chest girth (CG) at weaning were available underwent genotyping with Illumina BovineHD BeadChip (770K). After quality control, we retained 98 688 SNPs animals analysis. We identified seven, 18, seven nine (corresponding 17, eight candidate genes) associated BW, WH, BL CG respectively....
