Novel heterojunctions associating graphitic carbon nitride g-C3N4 and S-doped TiO2 nanoparticles were successfully designed prepared via a hydrothermal method used for photocatalytic degradations. The loading in S-TiO2 on was varied (5, 10 20 wt%), the photocatalysts characterized by XRD, FT-IR, solid-state UV-visible diffuse reflectance, photoluminescence, XPS, TEM SEM. (5%)/g-C3N4 catalyst exhibits highest activity degradation of methylene blue (MB) dye under visible light irradiation....

Aluminium-doped (3%) zinc oxide thin films (AZO) were prepared, using pulsed laser deposition, with varying deposition times. The target was fabricated from compacted aluminium-doped nano-powder produced by sol–gel. had a growth consisting of nanostructures in the form columns sharp ends which, for certain times, resemble nano-flowers or nano-leaves. small spheroid-like particles created during columnar act as seed other AZO needles, resulting appearance lotus-like flowers and even smaller...

In this work, the optical properties of tetra(imidazole) palladium phthalocyanine (PdPc(Im)4) in solution form and thin films on glass fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) substrates were investigated via thermal evaporation technique. The band gap was evaluated by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis). energy values determined based Tauc graph. addition, time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) used to simulate UV-Vis absorption spectrum molecule Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO) phase. High-performance hydrogen sulfide (H2S) sensors are mandatory for many industrial applications. However, the development of H2S still remains a challenge researchers. In this work, we report study TiO2-based conductometric sensor monitoring at low concentrations. TiO2 samples were first synthesized using sol-gel route, annealed different temperatures (400 and 600 °C), thoroughly characterized to evaluate their morphological microstructural properties. Scanning electronic microscopy, Raman...
