In this article, we report a 33-year-old female patient with lesions of bilateral external auditory canals who was treated using fiber CO2 laser without canaloplasty. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis irritated type seborrheic keratosis, which is rare in canal. Twelve months after treatment, showed no signs recurrence.

Aneurysms of the extracranial portion carotid artery are extremely rare. Internal aneurysm is an uncommon cause tonsillary asymmetry. Although internal aneurysms usually remain asymptomatic, clinical manifestation requires tonsillar enlargement. Asymmetry as a sole determining factor for tonsillectomy may lead to unnecessary operations. We report patient with giant presenting asymmetry that might be mistaken neoplasia.
