본 연구는 유아교사의 긍정적 놀이신념과 교사-유아 상호작용의 관계에서 놀이교수효능감과 교사-부모 협력의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 유아교사 325명을 연구대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0과 PROCESS Macro 3.5 프로그램을 통해 분석하였고, Bootstrapping을 실시하여 매개효과의 통계적 유의성을 확인하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 놀이신념, 놀이교수효능감, 상호작용, 협력 간에 모두 정적 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 이러한 결과를 토대로 놀이를 중심으로 이루어지는 유아교육기관에서 교사의 놀이교수 효능감이 상호작용에 긍정적인 요인으로 작용한다는 것을 밝혔다. 또한, 매개효과 검증을 상호작용을 위해 중요성을 논의하였다.
