The development and testing of a rotary soft actuator for gesture-based control is described in this paper. actuators are fabricated via moulding process connected to joint as an antagonist agonist pair which gives rise clockwise counter-clockwise rotation the joint. robotic system controlled using leap motion controller device. In this work, a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is used to classify the images of soft robotic actuators as bending, triangle, and muscle actuators. The classifier model built with total 390 comprising 130 for actuators, respectively. 70% were training, while 30% validation. developed CNN achieved loss 7.63% accuracy 97.6% training data 9.64% 85.71% was obtained on validation data.
