Sensitive and non-invasive biomarkers for pancreatic cancer (PC) are lacking. We aimed to identify salivary long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) as in diagnosis of resectable PC. Five well-documented lncRNAs: H19, HOTAIR, HOTTIP, MALAT1, PVT1, which most closely associated with from previous studies were selected putative lncRNA biomarkers. Their expression tissues saliva patients healthy controls was measured by quantification polymerase chain reaction (qPCR). Compared benign tumour (BPT) normal...

Hygrocybe rimosa, a new poisonous species belonging to subg. Hygrocybe, is described from southern China with both phylogenetic and morphological data. This can cause nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain. Morphologically, it characterized by its orange red fibrillose pileus, irregularly split pileus margin, free, broad ventricose, white lamellae, subglobose oblong basidiospores measuring (7)7.5–11 ×5–8(8.5) μm. Phylogenetically, analyses based on the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region...

Extensive surveys on wood-rotting fungi were recently carried out in Hainan Province, southern China. Around 2500 specimens of poroid wood-inhabiting collected during ten field trips, and 235 polypores identified. Four species, Grammothelopsis asiatica Y.C. Dai & B.K. Cui, Inonotus latemarginatus Dai, Perenniporia hattorii Cui Wrightoporia austrosinensis are described illustrated as new. Of the 99 found from province for first time.

Daedaleopsissinensis is a crucial wood-decaying fungus with significant lignocellulose-degrading ability, which plays vital role in the material cycle and energy flow of forest ecosystems. However, mitochondrial genome D.sinensis has not yet been revealed. In present study, complete was assembled compared related species. The spans 69,155 bp GC content 25.0%. It comprises 15 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 26 transfer RNA genes, two ribosomal one DNA polymerase gene (dpo). Herein, we...

Amatoxins and phallotoxins are toxic cyclopeptides found in the genus Amanita among predominant causes of fatal food poisoning China. In treatment mushroom poisoning, an early definite diagnosis is necessary for a successful outcome, which has prompted development protocols fast confirmatory determination amatoxins human biological fluids. For this purpose, simple, rapid sensitive multiresidue UPLC-MS/MS method simultaneous α-amanitin, β-amanitin, γ-amanitin, phalloidin (PHD) phallacidin...

Mushroom poisoning is a major public health issue in China. The integration of medical resources from different institutes levels crucial reducing the harm mushroom poisoning. However, few studies have provided comprehensive implementation procedures and postimplementation effectiveness evaluations. To reduce caused by poisoning, network system for prevention treatment (NSPTMP) was established Chuxiong, Yunnan Province, high-risk area poisoning. The NSPTMP consists three types institutions,...

Abstract Purpose The purpose of the current investigation is to compare efficacy different diffusion models and kurtosis imaging (DKI) in differentiating stage IA endometrial carcinoma (IAEC) from benign lesions (BELs). Methods Patients with IAEC, hyperplasia (EH), or a thickened endometrium confirmed between May 2016 August 2022 were retrospectively enrolled. All patients underwent preoperative pelvic magnetic resonance (MRI) examination. apparent coefficient (ADC) mono-exponential model,...
