A new and facile approach for synthesizing graphene quantum dots (GQDs) using sono-Fenton reaction in an aqueous dispersion of oxide (GO) is reported. The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) micrographs GQDs indicate its average diameter as ∼5.6 ± 1.4 nm having a lattice parameter 0.24 nm. are used to fabricate composites (PG) with water-soluble polymer, polythiophene-g-poly[(diethylene glycol methyl ether methacrylate)-co-poly(N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate)]...

Abstract Engine oil used in automobiles is a threat to soil and water due the recalcitrant properties of its hydrocarbons. It pollutes surrounding environment which affects both flora fauna. Microbes can degrade hydrocarbons containing engine utilize it as substrate for their growth. Our results demonstrated that cell-free broth Bacillus velezensis KLP2016 (Gram + ve, endospore forming; Accession number KY214239) recorded an emulsification index (E 24 %) from 52.3% 65.7% against different...

Defect levels in kesterite Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 (CZTSSe) solar cells have been investigated by current-mode deep level transient spectroscopy. Experiments were carried out on two CZTSSe with photoconversion efficiencies of 4.1% and 7.1% measured under AM 1.5 illumination. The absorber layer the efficiency cell was prepared annealing evaporated ZnS/Cu/Sn stacked precursor S/Se vapor, while co-evaporation constituent elements. a S/(S + Se) ratio 0.58 exhibited dominant acceptor at Ev 0.12 eV, 0.32...
