Large Language Models (LLMs) have demonstrated exceptional capabilities in generalizing to new tasks a zero-shot or few-shot manner. However, the extent which LLMs can comprehend user preferences based on their previous behavior remains an emerging and still unclear research question. Traditionally, Collaborative Filtering (CF) has been most effective method for these tasks, predominantly relying extensive volume of rating data. In contrast, typically demand considerably less data while...

ABSTRACT Knowledge integration is critical to achieving both objective and subjective team effectiveness goals. Integrating knowledge resources, however, a challenging activity for teams. Converging the theories of goal orientation integration, in this study we examine how impacts team's internal turn, affects multiple dimensions effectiveness. Data were collected from 90 self‐directed teams engaged an extended business simulation, where each acted as top management firm. Results indicated...

Modern recommender systems perform large-scale retrieval by first embedding queries and item candidates in the same unified space, followed approximate nearest neighbor search to select top given a query embedding. In this paper, we propose novel generative approach, where model autoregressively decodes identifiers of target candidates. To that end, create semantically meaningful tuple codewords serve as Semantic ID for each item. Given IDs items user session, Transformer-based...
