Recently, experimental results have demonstrated that perpendicular magnetic tunnel junction (p-MTJ) with the antiferromagnetic(AFM)/ferromagnetic (FM)/oxide structure can achieve field-free spin-orbit torque (SOT) switching since AFM metal strip not only generate SOT, but also provide an exchange bias (HEX), making it suitable for practical applications. However, owing to HEX is weak, such SOT incomplete, thus resulting in severe reliability. In addition, a large current (ISOT) required,...

Recently, several magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ)-based non-volatile ternary content-addressable memory (NV-TCAM) cells have been proposed to realize zero standby power. However, they still suffer from low reliability and high power consumption during search operations. To address these issues, we propose a novel MTJ-based NV-TCAM cell, which is composed of 15 transistors 4 MTJs (15T-4MTJ). By utilizing the differential with complementary states positive feedback cross-coupled inverters for...

Abstract Using 4 years of ionospheric radial current (IRC) from Swarm and ion velocity the Defense Meteorological Satellite Program, our work investigates response IRC to subauroral polarization streams (SAPS) during quiet time for first time. Both noontime (magnetic local time, MLT 11–14) inward duskside (MLT 18–19) outward get strengthened in amplitude. The ΔIRC is attributed penetration westward electric field at low‐mid latitudes. It drives poleward Hall currents equatorward field, which...

Comprehensive Summary The nickel‐rich layered ternary cathode material (NCM) has been extensively studied due to its high specific capacity and low cost. Nevertheless, with the increase of Ni content, unstable structure NCM gradually become prominent. Residual alkali on surface Li + /Ni 2+ mixing before cycling, phase change, transition metal ions dissolution, microcracking, other issues during cycle, are primary causes for fast fading Ni‐rich materials. In this study, Sc 3+ is doped into...

Magnetic random-access memory, recognized as a breakthrough in spintronics, demonstrates substantial potential for next-generation nonvolatile memory and logic devices due to its unique magnetization-switching mechanism. However, realizing reliable perpendicular magnetization switching via spin–orbit torque necessitates an externally applied in-plane magnetic bias, requirement that complicates integration high-density device architectures. This study proposes novel architecture where...
