Abstract This study investigates the sustainable extraction of nano-Hydroxyapatite (nano-HAp) from Lates calcarifer fish bones, a by-product seafood industry, through thermal calcination. Nano-HAp was synthesized at two temperatures (650°C and 700°C), resulting in rod-like (42 nm) spherical (98 particles, respectively. Both samples were identified as B-carbonated HAp, with Ca/P molar ratios 1.842 for HAp 650-4h 1.856 700-4h, confirming presence B-type which has higher than standard found...

Abstract Tetrodotoxin analogues (TTXs) used in research and development were originated from biological sources for the last decades. Among TTXs‐bearing aquatic animals, horseshoe crab Carcinoscorpius rotundicauda Vietnam's Coast was reported to contain a high level of TTXs, indicating promising source extraction purification TTXs. In this work, C. collected Can Gio Coast, Vietnam TTX using homogenization‐assisted method with acetic acid solvent. The process analysed optimized by...

Molecular self-assembly is considered as a promising way to control the manufacture of new materials and their integration into hybrid devices with novel properties. In this work we have synthesized fulleropyrrolidine bearing phenylacetylene moiety via Prato reaction. The characterization by nuclear magnetic resonance optical spectroscopy reported, its crystallization study has been investigated according used solvents. If solvent that effectively solubilizes fullerene derivative...

In this work, we report on the synthesis and characterization of two fulleropyrrolidines bearing porphyrin/phthalocyanine bis-phthalocyanine tweezers. The self-assembly properties in different solvents have been investigated by AFM SEM. When deposited surface from dichloromethane solutions, fullerene derivatives formed aggregates ca. 4–8 nm height while hollow nanospheres with diameters 300–1000 are obtained crystallization attempts.

Tetrodotoxin (TTX) has been widely used in pharmacology, food poisoning analysis, therapeutic use, and neurobiology. In the last decades, isolation purification of TTX from natural sources (e.g., pufferfish) were mostly based on column chromatography. Recently, functional magnetic nanomaterials have recognized as promising solid phases for bioactive compounds aqueous matrices due to their effective adsorptive properties. Thus far, no studies reported utilization biological matrices. this...

Seagrasses are a paraphyletic group of marine angiosperms that evolved three to four times from land plants and returned the sea. Halophila ovalis, Thalassia hemprichii Enhalus acoroides (Hydrocharitaceae) species can occur in wide salinity ranges. Sulfated polysaccharides (SPs) comprise complex macromolecules with many critical biological functions. We assume SP may play role salt tolerance seagrass. In this study, seagrass collected both rainy dry seasons fields were analyzed determine...
