This work is the result of coherent effort a multi-disciplinary research team working for considerable number years in former USSR area nanocluster molecular electronics. For first time successful demonstration single-electron tunnelling transistor reliably at room temperature and based on single metallorganic cluster presented. A broad spectrum different clusters was investigated. Our group has developed complete cycle custom-designed manufacturing, deposition, characterization modification...

A room temperature single-electron transistor based on the single cluster molecule has been demonstrated for first time.Scanning tunneling microscope tip was used to study transport via carboran 1,7-(CH 3 ) 2 -1,2-C B 10 H 9 Tl(OCOCF incorporated into Langmuir-Blodgett monolayer of stearic acid.DC I-V curves at 300 K showed well pronounced Coulomb staircase, and current could be controlled by a lithographically fabricated gold gate electrode.73.

Magnetic ultrathin Langmuir-Blodgett films containing rare earths are investigated. Electron paramagnetic resonance measurements suggest the possible existence of a transition from to magnetically ordered state. In with one hundred layers Gd, takes place at ${\mathrm{T}}_{0}$\ensuremath{\approx}490 K.

Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a new, non-invasive, noncontact in vivo imaging technology. We demonstrated that the OCT can be used as sufficient technique for nanocomposite microcapsule visualization liquid medium. As model system we choose water/glycerol mixture with viscosity variable range from 1.01 to 1.41×103 mPa s, including of blood plasma. have found spatial resolution enough visualize capsules and their aggregates liquids estimate concentration via two-dimensional (2D) scan...
