MnO2 nanofiber was found to possess high adsorption capacities for heavy metal ions such as, arsenic and lead, in water due its specific surface area (SSA) activity. However, a significant amount of manganese leach from nanofibers. Reducing dissolution is very important improving applications drinking treatment. In this study, doped with Fe3+ reduce water. Dissolution tests were conducted on un-doped Fe-doped The results revealed that doping significantly reduced dissolution. SSA defects...
Brigatinib and brigatinib-analog are potent selective ALK inhibitors with the similar structure. A simple sensitive high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for simultaneous determination of brigatinib in rat plasma brain homogenate was developed validated. Chromatographic separation carried out on an ODS column acetonitrile 0.1% formic acid water as mobile phase gradient elution at a flow rate 0.5 mL/min. Detections were performed using TSQ Quantum...
This paper demonstrates the Pd-catalyzed asymmetric allylic alkylation of 2-substituted cycloalkenyl carbonates using a chiral diaminophosphine oxide. With this catalyst system, corresponding products were obtained in excellent yields and high enantioselectivities. Furthermore, authors described transformations reaction adducts to heterobicycles with quaternary carbon center.
Several methods for asymmetric allylic alkylation exist which can introduce various nucleophiles such as nitrogen, sulfur and oxygen. This reaction is often plagued by side reactions or multiple alkylations. The authors describe the of nitromethane show its use in synthesis two natural products.
Abstract: A new process that could efficiently prepare tetrasubstituted bis(3-indolyl)methanes from various indoles and acetophenones with 1,3-Dibromo-5,5-dimehtylhydantoin(DBDMH) as a catalyst was reported. The effects of catalysts, solvents, reaction temperature were investigated. Under the optimal condition, most obtained in 90–99% yields.
