Variable selection is very important for interpretation and prediction, especially high dimensional datasets. In this paper, a new method proposed based on Random Forest (RF) to select variables using Mean Decrease Accuracy (MDA) Gini (MDG). We also use dichotomy screen variables, which proved perform fast. Experiments 10 microarray datasets show that the proficient robust. addition, we compared with other variable methods, results demonstrated our more robust powerful in both accuracy CPU time.
