This study introduces a novel method for detecting free glycidol and total monochloropropanediol (MCPD) in fish krill oil. Before analysis on high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS),
A novel, simplified derivatization method and a rapid sample preparation process using carbon yarn as sorbent for the determination of 3-chloropropane-1,2-diol (3-MCPD) in soy sauce via high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) was developed. 3-MCPD first enriched purified with then eluted methanol-water solution. Subsequently, analyte underwent p-(dimethylamino)-phenol sensitive detection HPLC-MS/MS. The limit quantitation were validated to be 0.5 1.0...
ATP and reactive oxygen species (ROS) are considered significant indicators of cell apoptosis. However, visualizing the interplay between apoptosis-related ROS is challenging. Herein, we developed a metal–organic framework (MOF)-based nanoprobe for an apoptosis assay using duplex imaging cellular ROS. The was fabricated through controlled encapsulation gold nanorods with thin zirconium-based MOF layer, followed by modification ROS-responsive molecules 2-mercaptohydroquinone...
Ag NPs/GO based SERS swabs can be used for on-site detection of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.
Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) widely involves in intracellular and intercellular redox signaling pathways, playing a vital role regulating various physiological events. Nevertheless, current analytical methods for the H2O2 assay are often hindered by relatively long response time, low sensitivity, or self-interference. Herein, zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8)-based surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) sensor has been developed to detect released from living cells depositing ZIF-8 over...
AgxMoyOz (Ag/α-MoO3, Ag/h-MoO3, Ag/β-MoO3, Ag2Mo2O7, and Ag2MoO4) nanomaterials are synthesized at relatively low temperature (80 °C) with a short hydrothermal treatment time (3 h) using glucose (Glc) as catalyst. Contrary to previous studies, it is possible synthesize one of the binaries 80 °C by altering pH reaction media in presence glucose. In addition, further experiments indicate that Ag2Mo2O7 Ag/β-MoO3 can be converted Ag/α-MoO3 which also from involving ammonium heptamolybdate...
A functional surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) nanosensor which can simultaneously detect nitric oxide (NO) and peroxynitrite (ONOO–) in living cells is explored. The SERS fabricated through modifying gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) with newly synthesized 3,4-diaminophenylboronic acid pinacol ester (DAPBAP), has two reactive groups. simultaneous detection achieved this work not only because of the spectral changes resulting from dual reactivity DAPBAP on AuNPs NO ONOO– but also by narrow...
Pesticide residues in aquatic products are of great concern due to the risk environmental transmission and their extensive use aquaculture. In our work, a quick screening approach was developed for qualitative semi-quantitative 87 pesticide products. The sample preparation investigated, including extract solvent, methods, buffer salts, lipid removal, cleanup materials filter membranes Samples were extracted using modified QuEChERS procedure, two clean-up procedures UHPLC-Q/Orbitrap MS...
Reactive sulfur species (RSS) are emerging as a potential key gasotransmitter in diverse physiological processes linking two signaling molecules H2S and SO2. However, the exact roles of SO2 remain unclear. A major hurdle is shortage accurate robust approaches for sensing biological systems. Herein, we report reaction-mediated dual-recognition strategy-based nanosensor, silver nanoparticles (AgNPs)-loaded MIL-101 (Fe) (ALM) hybrids, simultaneous detection living cell. Upon exposure to H2S,...
In this study, Ricinodendron heudelotii (akpi) shells are used as precursor to prepare activated carbon via chemical activation using phosphoric acid. The characterization of the obtained is performed X-ray diffraction (XRD), Boehm titration method and adsorption acetic results show that prepared has a microstructure higher specific surface area (1179 m2/g), suggesting acid treatment significant positive influence on its sorption properties. maximum capacity pollutant elimination efficiency...
A Ag/GN-SH based SPE-SERS technique can be used for on-site preconcentration and detection of six major PAHs in seawater.
Pesticide residues in foodstuffs can lead to several undesirable effects. A simple and high-throughput targeted screening method analyzing multi-residue pesticide aquaculture water based on ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-Q/Orbitrap mass spectrometry (UHPLC-Q/Orbi MS) was developed validated. In this technique, the peaks of compound using precursor ions were recorded by full scan, which used for rough quantitative analysis with single point matrix matched calibration. The...
A sensitive and reliable method was developed to determine methylene blue (MB) its metabolite residues, including azure (AZA), B (AZB), C (AZC) in aquatic products by HPLC–MS/MS. The samples were extracted acetonitrile cleaned up alumina-neutral (ALN) cartridges. analytes separated on a Sunfire C18 column (150 mm × 2.1 mm, 5 µm). validated according the European criteria of Commission Decision 2002/657/CE. Good linearity between 1–500 µg/L obtained with correlation coefficients (R2) greater...
Malachite green (MG) is a synthetic poisonous organic compound that has been banned in many countries as veterinary drug for aquaculture. An efficient, fast and sensitive method urgently needed monitoring the illegal use of malachite In this study, novel ratiometric fluorescence immunoassay was established. Nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots were used fluorescent probes with peak at 450 nm. Horseradish peroxidase employed to convert o-phenylenediamine 2,3-diaminophenazine, new 580 nm strong...
A Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) substrate based on Ag/β-AgVO3 nanobelts deposited copper foil (Cu@Ag/β-AgVO3) was used for the detection of carbamate pesticides: carbofuran, carbaryl, isoprocarb and propoxur. Cu@Ag/β-AgVO3 has shown an excellent SERS activity pesticides compared to silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). Under optimized conditions, limits 2.5 pM, 10 50 pM 75 were obtained propoxur respectively, suggesting that is a good candidate use as trace level these pesticides.
