Dielectric ceramics with low <em>ε<sub>r</sub></em>, high <em>Q</em>×<em>f</em>, and near-zero <em>τ<sub>f</sub></em> in the microwave bands are key materials used fifth/sixth-generation (5G/6G) telecommunication, while of most low-<em>ε<sub>r</sub></em> dielectric is relatively negative.
