IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is a condition that was first described recently, and capable of affecting any organ the body. Diagnosis based on correlation clinical findings with histopathological elevated serum IgG4. Treatment involves corticosteroids rituximab for most severe cases. We report case symptomatic patient diagnosed IgG4-RD whose guided by IgG4 levels.
