Ground-mounted photovoltaic (GMPV) systems are a crucial component of (PV) applications, and their environmental impacts during large-scale development require thorough attention. This study conducted continuous observations at GMPV plant in an arid region, employing three-site comparative monitoring system to assess the impact both shaded non-shaded areas within systems. The parameters measured included atmospheric temperature (AT), relative humidity (RH), soil (ST), water content (SWC),...

Memory impairment is one of main clinical symptoms brain senescence. To address the effects Cordyceps militaris Link extract (CE) on memory impairment, a D-galactose (D-Gal)–induced aging mouse model was employed. Mice injected with D-Gal showed significant learning and that rescued by CE treatment. The mechanism further investigated analyzing protein level activity oxidant antioxidant molecules, including malondialdehyde (MDA), monoamine oxidase (MAO), total super-oxide dismutase (T-SOD),...

Using the Monte Carlo transport code MCNP, neutronic calculation analysis for China helium cooled ceramic breeder test blanket module (CN HCCB TBM) and associated shield block (together called TBM-set) has been carried out based on latest design of TBM-set C-lite model. Key nuclear responses TBM-set, such as neutron flux, tritium production rate, heating radiation damage, have obtained discussed. These performance data can be used basic input other analyses thermal-hydraulics,...

We demonstrate a new, efficient method for the preparation of phosvitin phosphopeptides using immobilised-trypsin enzymolysis technology. Immobilised trypsin was prepared covalent binding method, and then added to degrade egg yolk production phosphopeptides. In our results, immobilised demonstrated higher hydrolysing activity toward than free trypsin, retained well even after repeatedly used up five times. Interestingly, with lower N/P ratio calcium-binding efficiency those trypsin....

For the solid blanket concept of helium cooled ceramic breeder (HCCB) demonstration fusion power plant (DEMO), a feasible structure with configuration 2×X is proposed as considering relatively low temperature limit neutron multiplier beryllium pebbles. Based on that, preliminary design for typical module HCCB DEMO has been carried out and verified by thermal-hydraulic analysis structural analysis. Furthermore, specific relationship maximum depended surface heating key part first wall (FW)...

Antibiotic resistant Escherichia coli strains are becoming more common recently. OmpA is a very important antigen protein of E. coli, which consists two separate domains, N-terminal and C-terminal domain. The domain contains eight β- barrel regions that plays roles in the multifaceted functions OmpA. In present study, we cloned mutant gene from multi-antibiotic strain. Sequence analysis indicated DNA sequence shared 81.05% homology with modeled K12 amino acid was 81.22% identical to...
