Zinc Oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) were synthesized as a powder using the oxalate co-precipitation method after calcination at 700 °C. Zine sulfate was used zinc soluble source, and oxalic acid Catalyst. The reaction carried out room temperature condition. resulted characterized by XRD analysis before 500 °C, results show that crystal structure is hexagonal with = 3.249 Å, c 5.205 Å. Homogeneous BaTiO3 fine powder has been synthesized at (80°C) by using three different chemical methods the roots TiCl4, BaCl2 and NaOH or Oxalic acid.
