Efficacy of oryzalin to generate novel genotypes Mentha spicata L. with superior morphology and enhanced levels essential oil via in vitro polyploidization was assessed. Micropropagated nodal segments were treated at 20, 40, 60 μM for 24 48 h. The survival rate the dropped significantly increasing concentration duration oryzalin.
